Customer satisfaction evaluation

We systematically evaluate the feedback from our customers after the project has been completed. The feedback contributes to our constant process review and necessary adjustments.

The focus of the survey is on evaluating the quality of our work and cooperation. We also ask whether a customer would contact us again or recommend us to others.

The systematic evaluation of customer satisfaction over the past 2 years resulted in grades between 1-2 (on a scale from 1 = very good to 5 = bad) with regard to the quality of our work and the cooperation; all customers stated that they would continue to contact us for follow-up projects and recommend us to others!
